Miscellaneous possibly-useful applets

I write a lot of code in python, so it felt like about time to figure out django and start getting applets online. For now, here's what's available:

• Currents: Plan around the currents in key passes near Anacortes, WA. For classes, see Body Boat Blade.
• FEMA acronym helper: Get to the bottom of what the heck terms like AFNSEP and NAICS mean (minimal credit mine, I just put it on the internet). Plus, get an acronym of the day!
